End-to-End Services You Can Trust

DFM & Tooling Feasibility Review

We review part geometry, draft, wall thickness, undercuts, parting lines, critical dimensions, surface requirements, and expected production volume before tooling begins. The goal is to identify manufacturing risks while changes are still economical.

3D Mold Structure Design

Our engineering team develops or reviews mold layouts, core and cavity structures, sliders, lifters, threaded mechanisms, ejection, cooling, venting, and replaceable wear components according to the application.

Precision Tooling Manufacturing

CNC machining, EDM, wire EDM, grinding, heat-treatment coordination, polishing, and fitting are selected according to each component’s geometry, hardness, finish, and tolerance requirements.

Assembly, Validation & Modification Support

Mold components are fitted, checked, and documented before delivery. Engineering changes, replacement inserts, and modification support can be provided according to approved drawings and project requirements.

Value-Added Services

We provide beyond-standard mold design support. With professional engineering experience, we deliver DFM optimization, design review, structural assistance and reverse engineering services

Surface Finishing for Molds

At Leadpoint, we apply a range of precision surface treatment processes to ensure molds meet both functional and visual requirements for different industries.

  • Polishing

Friction removes surface irregularities, creating a smooth, mirror-like finish that enhances appearance and feel.

  • Sandblasting

High-speed abrasive particles create textures on the surface, remove impurities, and improve adhesion.

  • Texture

This method allows for highly repeatable, uniform, and functional surface patterns that enhance part release, reduce sticking, and improve aesthetic quality in injection molded parts.

  • Coating Treatments

Includes anti-wear and anti-corrosion coatings for extreme conditions.

  • Nitriding Treatment

Improves surface hardness and wear resistance for long service life.

  • Hard Coating

Provides excellent corrosion resistance and surface durability.
