Industries We Support

These processes are especially important where material hardness, wear resistance, fine geometry, or close-fit relationships limit conventional machining.

  • Precision Molds – For injection, compression, and die‑cast molds requiring complex cores, tight shut‑offs, and mirror finishes.
  • Stamping Tools – For high‑strength metal forming with sharp edges, minimal burrs, and consistent clearance over long runs.
  • Medical Molds – For implantable, surgical, and cosmetic devices demanding superior surface finish, biocompatibility, and micron‑level accuracy.
  • Electronic Tooling – For connectors, leadframes, and miniature housings with fine pitch, high insulation, and contact reliability.
  • Auto Energy – For structural, battery, and powertrain components requiring high fatigue strength and thermal stability.
  • Automation Equip – For grippers, guides, and positioning stages in semiconductor and high‑speed assembly lines with zero‑defect criteria.
  • Gauge Fixtures – For inspection jigs, setting masters, and custom gauges that demand dimensional stability and repeatable referencing.
